Manuscript Types
1. Scope
Open Community Service Journal accepts original scientific works in other topics that are in accordance with the focus and scope of the journal.
2. Research Article
Research articles present original findings using a verifiable methodology. The structure includes a title, abstract, keywords, introduction and research gaps, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, and references. Qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, corpus analysis, and discourse analysis may be used where relevant.
3. Review Article
A review article presents a critical synthesis of the literature and explains the purpose, search or source selection methods, analytical approach, synthesis findings, and academic contributions. A literature summary without a critical analysis does not meet this standard.
4. Shipping Requirements
Manuscripts must be original, not have been published as journal articles, not be under review in other journals, follow the template, include verifiable references, and meet research ethics obligations and declaration of interests.
5. Editorial Check
Editors review manuscripts for scope, completeness, originality, and basic quality before peer review. Decisions can include initial rejection, a request for revision, or forwarding to a reviewer. Manuscript types accepted must align with OJS section selection.
